*Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. To maintain an active membership, members must pre-book their next treatment appointment for the following month. Memberships can be cancelled with one month’s email notice before the next billing period. Once cancelled, memberships cannot be reinstated for a period of six (6) months from the cancellation date.
Rejuvenate Club +: Failure to pre-book an appointment within the specified time frame will result in reverting back to Tier 1. Cancelling and rebooking treatment outside of the time frame will also result in reverting back to Tier 1.

Getting started is easy. Choose the plan that best fits your skin and body goals — Rejuvenate Club or Rejuvenate Club + — then book your complimentary VISIA Skin Analysis with our in-house Treatment Designer. Together you'll build a personalized 12-month treatment plan and schedule your visits. To sign up, send us a request through this page or contact our team and we'll take care of the rest.
Memberships are non-transferable and are tied to the individual member, so they can't be gifted or exchanged for cash. If you'd like to treat someone special, ask our team about gift cards, which can be applied toward treatments and medical-grade skincare.
Membership pricing already reflects significant savings, so membership perks generally can't be combined with other promotions or discounts. If you have a specific offer in mind, reach out to our team and we'll let you know how it applies to your plan.
To keep your membership active and your savings in place, you'll need to pre-book your next treatment for the following month. For Rejuvenate Club +, failing to pre-book within the required time frame — or cancelling and rebooking outside of it — will result in reverting to the Rejuvenate Club (Tier 1) plan. If you know you'll be away, contact our team to discuss your options.
If you need to take a break, please contact our team as early as possible to discuss pausing your plan. Because an active membership requires a pre-booked monthly appointment, we'll help you find the best option for your situation.

Because each plan includes medical-grade treatments such as peels, microneedling, laser and injectables, certain conditions may make some treatments unsuitable — for example pregnancy or breastfeeding, active skin infections or breakouts in the treatment area, certain medications, or specific medical conditions. Your complimentary VISIA Skin Analysis and consultation with our Treatment Designer will identify any contraindications and tailor your plan accordingly. Please share your full medical history so we can keep your treatments safe and effective.
